Join me for a supportive and enlightening 3-week journey to better understand and connect with your pelvic floor. Each Sunday, we’ll explore a new topic related to pelvic floor dysfunction, paired with targeted exercises to help relieve symptoms.
Whether you're experiencing leakage, pelvic pain, hip or back discomfort, irritation, or difficulty engaging your deep core, this series will help you uncover potential causes and explore effective solutions. Through guided education and movement, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of what it means to have a functional pelvic floor, how to manage current symptoms, and which strategies best support your unique needs.
